| Preparation |

1. Take out the rought parts of the banana bud. |

2. Cut the young parts thinly and soak in water to get the bitterness
out. Then drain the water thoroughly. |
|
3. Cut onions thinly. |
|
4. Fry some onions in small amount of oil until golden brown. |
|
5. Mix the cut up banana buds, onions, cut garlic, dried shrimp, fish
sauce and grilled gram flour. Squeeze some fresh lime over the salad.
Add dried chili if desired. |
