1. Cut pork into large pieces ( about 2 inch square). |

2. Mix pork well with salt and soy sauce and boil until tender. |

3. Pound chili, ginger, garlic and onion to a paste. |
|
4.Cook the paste in oil and when fragrant, add boiled pork pieces and
cook until oil surfaced well on top. |
