Long Beans

Pae-tee : Long beans, yard long beans, are thought to be native to Asia but grow wild in tropical Africa. They are mild in flavor and chewier in texture.

Lotus Seeds

Kyar-seed : Remove from flower pods , peeled of their downy skins and eaten raw. Fresh seeds, both mature and immature, can be eaten raw.
